An
advisory board of women from across the state who understand the issues
and possess expertise in program development and evaluation lead the
Women's Foundation of Oklahoma. These women share knowledge and best
practices among large and small communities and guide the fundraising
and grant-making process.

Claudia San Pedro, Chair, Oklahoma City, OK
Claudia is the Vice President of Investor Relations and Treausere of Sonic Corporation. She serves as the spokesperson for many of WFO's media appearances.
Rita Aragon, Maj. Gen. (ret.), Edmond, OK
Rita serves as the Director of Advanced Programs at the University of Oklahoma's College of Continuing Education. Named 2008 Woman of the Year by The Journal Record, Rita serves on numerous boards.
Merle Chambers, Denver, CO
Merle is a successful businesswoman and philanthropist with former
business interests in Oklahoma. She is President of Chambers Family
Fund and Founder of the Women's Foundation of Oklahoma.
Kathie Coyle, Tulsa, OK
Kathie is an attorney at Conner & Winters in Tulsa who specializes
in tax exempt organizations, trusts and estates, and estate tax
planning. She has served on numerous community boards.
Joe Anna Hibler, Chair, Weatherford, OK
Joe Anna is the former President of Southwestern State University in
Weatherford. Currently, she is serving as a member of the Board of
Regents of Oklahoma Colleges.
Sandy Ingraham, Lincoln County, OK
Sandy works as an attorney and a social policy consultant. She consults
in Oklahoma and throughout the nation on issues such as advocacy,
lobbying and policy development for social programs.
Melinda Pierce Johnson, Durant, OK
Melinda is a Career-Tech classroom teacher who teaches Family and
Consumer Sciences at Durant High School. She serves on the Oklahoma Art
Institute Board, the Southeastern Oklahoma State University Alumni
Board, and received the 2006 Outstanding Leadership Award for Oklahoma
Youth and Government.
Hilary Kitz, Tulsa, OK
Hilary served for ten years as an Assistant to former Tulsa Mayor M.
Susan Savage, working on projects which included air quality and
domestic violence concerns. Most recently she has worked as campaign
manager in a successful state senate election.
Prudence Little, Madill, OK
Prudence works as an attorney at Little, Little, Little, Windel,
Coppedge, Oliver & Gallagher, PLLC. She served as the chair of the
University of Oklahoma Foundation from 2002-2004 and remains active
with the foundation.
Anne Morgan, Norman, OK
Anne is a nationally recognized consultant in the foundation and
not-for-profit field. She is the former chair of the Oklahoma State
Regents for Higher Education.
Marilyn Murrell, Arcadia, OK
Marilyn serves as the mayor of Arcadia, Oklahoma. She is also the
President of M&M Business Consultants, Inc. and works as a minority
business consultant.
Sharon Neuwald, Oklahoma City, OK
Sharon works as the coordinator of Legislative Relations and Policy at
the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. She is also the liaison on
health care issues with the health and human services cabinets.
