Melinda Johnson, Vice Chair, Oklahoma City

Melinda is a career-tech classroom teacher in the Edmond Public Schools. She serves on several boards and received the 2006 Outstanding Leadership Award for Oklahoma Youth and Government.

Rita Aragon, Maj. Gen. (ret), Edmond

Rita serves as the Secretary of Military and Veterans Affairs for the State of Oklahoma. Named 2008 Woman of the Year by The Journal Record, Rita was the first female commander of the Oklahoma Air National Guard.

Jackie Duncan, Weatherford

Jackie served as a state trial judge for 24 years and spent the last 12 years presiding over the family-and-child-related dockets. Having seen the effects of domestic violence in her courtroom, Jackie established the first Domestic Violence Council in her district leading to the first Domestic Violence Court docket.
